Costa Rica El Papal White Honey - Gringo Nordic
The White Honey process means that this coffee has had it's beans partly peeled away from the cherry, leaving some of it still on the bean. Then it's dried for 18 days with parts of the cherry still on it. This process create a very sweet and fullbodied coffee with lots of fruit notes.
